Refund & Return Policy

At Head To Toe, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted baked clay products. Each item is carefully made, packaged, and shipped with utmost care. Since our products are delicate, we maintain a strict refund and return policy as outlined below.


1. No Returns for Change of Mind
  • We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind, ordered the wrong product, or do not like the product after receiving it.

  • Please review product descriptions, sizes, and photos carefully before placing your order.


2. Damaged or Defective Products
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at +91-7042676626/support@shopheadtotoe.com.

  • To process your claim, you must provide:

    • Order number

    • Box Opening Video of product

    • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

    • A brief description of the issue

  • Upon verification, we will provide either:

    • A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or

    • A store credit for future purchases.

  • Refunds in cash/bank transfer will only be issued in rare, exceptional cases where replacement/store credit is not possible.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

  • Earrings due to hygiene

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Products damaged due to mishandling, misuse, or lack of care after delivery


4. Return Process (if applicable)
  • Returns (only for damaged/defective items approved by us) must be shipped back in the original packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for safe return shipping unless we explicitly agree otherwise.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


5. Refund Timeline
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 21–28 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment or as store credit.


6. International Orders
  • For international orders, we are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs.

  • Damaged product claims still apply but shipping replacement internationally may incur extra costs.


7. Abuse of Policy
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, returns, or refunds to customers who misuse or repeatedly attempt to exploit this policy.
