Welcome to Head To Toe. By accessing and using our website (www.shopheadtotoe.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General
All products listed on our website are imitation jewelry and related accessories.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
2. Product Information
Each product is curated, which means slight variations in color, design, or texture may occur. These are not defects but part of the uniqueness of handmade art.
Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may differ slightly.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the available payment methods.
Fraudulent transactions, fake orders, or misuse of payment gateways will result in immediate cancellation and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
4. Testing / Trial Purchases Prohibited
Our products are not samples or test items. Placing an order “just to test quality” and returning afterward is strictly prohibited.
Customers attempting to misuse the return/refund system for testing, trying, or sampling will be permanently banned from future purchases and may face legal action if fraudulent intent is identified.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Domestic orders (India): Delivery within 5–7 business days.
International orders: Delivery within 10–15 business days depending on location.
Delays due to customs, natural calamities, or courier issues are beyond our control.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged or defective products at the time of delivery (Product Opening Video is Mandatory).
Earrings cannot be returned/exchanged due to hygiene reasons, except if defective.
Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds will not be issued for “change of mind” or “trial/testing” reasons.
Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate personal, shipping, and payment details. We are not liable for losses due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for handling jewelry with care. Damage caused by mishandling, exposure to water, chemicals, or rough usage will not be covered under refunds/exchanges.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the intellectual property of Head To Toe. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Head To Toe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
Our maximum liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product in dispute.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
